Pocket Pathways Apps focus you on behavior change in the real world. Each app teaches you research-based techniques and then sends you on Missions to test those techniques in your daily life. The app collects data on your progress (stored only in your device), and you can then you can review the data to see your the progress you are making or send it to a therapist or counselor.

We were inspired by the buttons that give you a new message every time you press them. But our digital buttons are focused on inspiration, motivation, and connection with others. The app comes with 8 built-in buttons, but you can make an unlimited number of personalized buttons. Each button can be shared by email or text. 

Courage Coach

Social anxiety can make everyday teen experiences like making friends, speaking in class, or joining activities feel overwhelming and stressful. This app encourages teens to tolerate their anxiety and take small but constant steps to social engagement.

Explosive anger can be a problem for kids at home and at school. This app teaches kids anger control techniques as they earn points for a prize. The app helps kids think about the things that trigger their anger and practice coping and calming techniques.

Are these apps subscriptions?

No. Our apps are one-time purchases. 

Are these apps made for therapists or clients? 

We have apps for both therapists and for clients.  All of the apps keep track of your progress and this can be shared with a therapist or counselor. 

Do children use these apps?

Any app designed to help children is downloaded by an adult on their mobile device. The apps are not designed for children to be used by themselves. 

Can I use these apps if I'm not in therapy?

Yes, just like a self-help book, these apps can be of value whether or not you are in therapy.  However, if you symptoms are severe or prolonged, we strongly encourage you to use them in conunction with professional help.

What devices work with your apps?

Pocket Pathways makes web apps that can be used on a phone, tablet, or computer. The apps are designed to be always available, so most work on a phone. 

What if I don't see an app that I need?
